Q I tried to register my card, but I got a message back "invalid card number" or "card not active"
A Your card was not activated. The Super Savor Card is automatically activated the first time it is used to accrue rewards credits. Just bring the card back to Boulder Creek on your next visit, and give it to your server at the end of your meal. They will accrue the credits for that day, and activate the card for you. You may then take the card home and register it.

Q Is there an expiration date on my card?
A There is no expiration date of a Boulder Creek gift card and it may be used at any time until the amount thereon is redeemed

Q How do I get started?
A Visit any Boulder Creek Location, and ask for a "Super Savor Rewards Card" - they are free of charge. Take the card home, Visit this link and register the card to join the program. We will give you an instant 50 points for joining the program.

Q How do I check my Balance?

Q I can't check my balance - it asks for a user name and password
A Your card is not "Registered". In order to participate in the program and redeem rewards, you must register your Super Savor card. Simply click on this link and follow the simple steps outlined. Your card will then be ready to redeem rewards, and be fully active in our program.

Q How do I earn Rewards credits?
A Present your "Super Savor" rewards card each time you visit us at Boulder Creek. You will earn 1 credit per dollar spent on all food and beverage purchases. Taxes, tips, and gift cards purchased will not earn rewards credits. Your server will present you with a special recipt showing credits earned this visit, and total credits on your card. SAVE this receipt, as it will be required in the case of any questions or issues regarding your account.

Q How do I know when I have earned a Reward?
A Every time you present your card to accumulate rewards credits, your receipt will show your total points, and any rewards issued as a result of your visit. Other rewards will be sent by e-mail. DON'T bring the e-mail, just your card, the reward will be there.

Q How do I claim a reward?
A For Loyalty Dollars, simply present your card as your pay your check. For other rewards, such as birthdays, simply present your card at the beginning of your meal, and tell your server that you have a reward that you wish to reclaim. It is that simple. We will take care of the rest.

Q How do I get in touch with someone if I have any further questions or problems?
A Contact us here and please be sure to include your DAYTIME phone number in case we have to call you.

Q I forgot my Card - can I still earn points?
A If you are a member of the program, and forgot your card, please tell your server. They will have your guest check endorsed by the restaurant. Just bring the STAMPED guest check on your next visit, and we will issue points for it.
