Program Terms & Conditions

This program is both a loyalty program and a gift card/stored value program. Use of the card and/or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules:

  • Not withstanding anything contained on a Boulder Creek gift card to the contrary, there will be no expiration date of a Boulder Creek gift card and may be used at any time until the amount thereon is redeemed.
  • Offer good at participating company locations.
  • The card is not redeemable for cash.
  • The card will not be replaced if lost or stolen or used without your permission, unless previously registered.
  • There is no cost to participate in the Rewards program.
  • Purchases are required to accumulate Rewards credits.
  • Card must be presented at the time of purchase to acquire rewards credits.
  • No Rewards credits from previous loyalty programs can be applied to this program.
  • You will earn Rewards credits for every dollar spent.
  • Rewards credits may be earned only by the Super Savor card holder that pays the check.
  • Rewards credits will not be issued on the sale of Gift cards. Rewards credits will only be issued on the redemption of Gift cards.
  • When you obtain enough Rewards credits to earn a reward, the reward will automatically be printed on your receipt. You do not need to present a receipt to receive a reward. Rewards are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for the selected items.
  • Voided items will reduce the Rewards credits by the voided amount until the credit total reached 0.
  • Rewards credits cannot go negative.
  • Rewards credits cannot be transferred between cards.
  • Rewards credits will not be issued on tax paid or tips.
  • If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, Rewards credits will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running again.
  • Company can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.
  • Company reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, within the stated expiration date.
  • Company reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized Super Savor Rewards credits are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.
  • Employees of Company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  • Rewards gift cards/ stored value cards may be used at all participating Company retail locations.
  • Once money is placed on the card, it can never be redeemed for cash.
  • Cash cannot be transferred between cards.
  • A card cannot have a negative value. Any money needed beyond the amount on the card to pay for a purchase will require another form of payment to be made at the time of purchase.
  • Any returns or voids for items paid for with a stored value or gift card will have the amount returned directly to the card. No cash will be given
  • Gift cards will expire after 1 year on non use, and any dollar value on the card will be voided. Non-use is defined as no purchase is made with the card, or no additional value is added to the card.
  • Gift Cards that are issued as Trade, part of a promotion, or sold at a discount will expire 1 year after date of issuance.
  • If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, gift card and stored value cards may not be able to be issued or redeemed.
  • By electing to participate in the Super Savor or Good Life Programs, you specifically have “Opted In” to receive e-mail from Boulder Creek Ventures to notify you of updates to your account, account balances and rewards status, and notifications of new activities and promotions related to these and other programs in the Company’s Restaurants. The Company’s standard Privacy Policy is in effect for all other circumstances.
  • These rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
  • Rewards Credits will be issued on the NET amount of any check – that is after any discounts or coupons have been applied.
  • The redemption of Super Savor Dollars may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer on the same transaction, table, or visit. This includes, but is not limited to, our Mind Share Guest Survey Program, our Affinity Group Discount Program , or our $10 Web e-mail coupon.
  • You may not accumulate Rewards Credits on the same transaction or visit in which you redeem Super Savor Dollars or other Rewards, such as the Birthday Entrée, etc.
  • ALL REWARDS AND VALUES are stored on the card . You MUST present the Super Savor Card in order to accumulate Rewards Credits, and claim Super Savor Dollars or other Rewards. Printed register receipts, e-mails, or other materials informing you of a reward or balance are for the member’s notification only. Please treat the Super Savor or Good Life card as cash, and protect it as such.
